Privacy statement

Last updated: 14 September 2026

This statement covers the Swiss Cheese AI central website. For account, conversation, billing and MCP data, read the Service Privacy Policy.

Who operates this website

Gursagar Singh trading as Swiss Cheese AI, ABN 51 863 852 235, Sydney, Australia. Contact Founder@swisscheeseai.com for privacy enquiries.

Browsing and preferences

This website does not ask you to create an account, upload files or submit prompts. Its page code does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or a mailing-list form.

Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser using local storage under the name scaiCentralTheme. You can remove it by clearing this website’s browser storage. The product demonstration video loops silently when visible, without playback controls. Automatic playback is disabled when your device requests reduced motion or data saving. The “View actual chat” link opens the shared conversation on ChatGPT in a new tab.

Our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and browser information. A private preview may also require authentication managed by its hosting provider.

Fonts and media

The Swiss Cheese AI colour logo and product demonstration video are served as website assets. Inter fonts are requested from Google Fonts; your browser connects to Google to load them. See Google’s privacy policy for its handling of connection information.

When you contact us

Email links open your email application. If you send an enquiry, we receive the details you choose to provide, including your email address and message. We use that information to respond to your enquiry, provide support or investigate a complaint. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Using our products

Each product has its own data flows. The Model Council app and MCP connector process prompts through third-party AI providers as described in the Service Privacy Policy. The custom mouse pointer tool asks for an email address and design brief to handle requests. Review the disclosures and policies on the product you choose before submitting information.

Following a product or other external link takes you to that website, where its privacy practices apply.

Privacy questions and complaints

To ask about access, correction, deletion or a privacy concern, email Founder@swisscheeseai.com. Describe your concern and the outcome you are seeking. Do not include sensitive identity documents in your initial email.

Information about Australian privacy rights and complaint pathways is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Updates

This statement should be reviewed when the website’s functionality or data handling changes. The date above identifies this version.
